The Challenge
The brand was posting consistently but without a visual system — every post was designed from scratch, taking time and producing inconsistent results. The feed looked scattered. They needed a template system their internal team could use to produce on-brand content independently, without a designer on every post.
The Approach
I mapped their content categories first: product highlights, promotions, behind-the-scenes, testimonials. Then built a template for each category — modular enough to swap content in and out, rigid enough that every post still looks like it belongs to the same brand. Templates were built in Figma with clear instructions for non-designers.
