The Challenge
Pop Mart needed campaign materials that matched the energy of their IP releases while maintaining their global visual standards. The challenge: produce a full set of campaign assets quickly, across multiple formats and sizes, without losing the character of the source material.
The Approach
I built the system around one strong hero visual that could adapt across formats — from A0 standee to 9:16 social story to web banner. Every size was designed natively, not just cropped. Copy and visual hierarchy were adjusted per format to match how each audience actually sees the ad.
