Pop Mart needed campaign materials that matched the energy of their IP releases while maintaining their global visual standards. The challenge: produce a full set of campaign assets quickly, across multiple formats and sizes, without losing the character of the source material.

I built the system around one strong hero visual that could adapt across formats — from A0 standee to 9:16 social story to web banner. Every size was designed natively, not just cropped. Copy and visual hierarchy were adjusted per format to match how each audience actually sees the ad.

Full campaign asset set delivered within 5 working days. Materials were used across Pop Mart's in-store displays and digital channels for the campaign period.
